AI Assisted Referrals with Optinet NOVA

ReferAI is fully integrated with Optinet NOVA.  You can start making fast AI assisted referrals by connecting ReferAI and NOVA with the API key.  If you do not have ReferAI, you can trial AI assisted referrals (5 free AI assisted referrals) by following the instructions below. 

1. Optinet NOVA users without CAPTIV8 Connect

ReferAI is a module of CAPTIV8 Connect.  You can trial AI assisted referrals very easily.  
Follow the instructions from Optinet NOVA provided here.

CAPTIV8 Connect Account

Once you have registered the principal Clinician within your branch, an API key automatically be added and the main Clinician will be sent an email confirming that you have created an account for ReferAI with 5 referrals.  This account is free and you will only be asked for billing information after the 5 AI assisted referrals have been used.


If you wish to change your CAPTIV8 Connect password, you can do this by clicking on the profile picture (top right) after you submit your referral.  

2. Existing CAPTIV8 Connect Customers

If you already have a CAPTIV8 Connect account with ReferAI, then copy the API in your CAPTIV8 Connect account (within the Practices area) and paste it into NOVA (shown in video below).

4. Making a AI-Assisted with NOVA
